Recently, the project leader of Chengchao iron mine in Ezhou City, Hubei Province, sent a banner with the words "elaborate service, casting integrity, hand in hand, win-win cooperation" to Guanle Hu, the after-sales engineer of Siton, expressing heartfelt thanks for the benefits brought by Siton company and the attentive service of the after-sales team.

Chengchao iron mine is located in Ezhou City, Hubei Province, with rich mineral resources, large production scale, new technology and equipment, the production scale is among the top three of similar mines in China, and it is an important ore production base for WISCO.

The two sets of DL2 long hole drilling rig from Siton are equipped with 18kw Woserld rock drills. The tunnel is 4X3.5m, with fan-shaped holes, a row of six holes, each row spacing 2m, hole depth 9-20m, single rod 1.2m, about 30m of drilling can be completed in one hour (including manual loading and unloading rod), and more than 9000m of rock drilling per month. The operation process only requires two people in one shift, one operator and one support worker, and the customer is very satisfied with this efficiency.

When the equipment arrived at the site, the after-sales engineer Master Hu and his team taught the operation technology and equipment maintenance knowledge to the customer trainees without reservation in the shortest possible time, and trained a total of 6 operators. The site adopted a 24-hour shift system with three shifts, and the equipment kept working uninterruptedly. Because of the long and high-intensity work of the equipment, the drilling rig also encountered some problems in the early stage. But no matter early day or late night, anytime problems were encountered, Master Hu and his team always arrived at the site at the first time to diagnose and repair the machine, and strived to resume normal production in the shortest possible time, and patiently explain to the site personnel the causes of machine failure and its solutions. Master Hu's team's attentive service and working attitude for the sake of customers eventually won high recognition from customers.
