The service object was a gold mining company in South America. The company imported a batch of Siton tunnel excavating equipment in the second half of this year. Chinese after-sale engineers will offer machine disintegration and assembly service, and also offer all-round maintenance and operation training to local mining staff. Local after-sale staff of Siton will travel together and acquire relevant knowledge, so as to offer landing 24-hour on-call service.

International after-sale team of Siton has been expanding gradually. Now, the team has several experienced Chinese after-sale engineers with non-white passports, and has acquired APEC international travel cards and convenient traveling service. In addition, Siton has set up local after-sale teams in Southeast Asia, South America and former Soviet Union, and recruited local after-sale staff for basic services. The after-sale engineers of Siton have gone to as far as India, the Philippines, Tadzhikistan, Zambia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries for landing service.
