DL4 Hydraulic Longhole Drill, specially developed for medium and deep hole drilling in medium and large tunnels of 3.8m and above. The propelling beam can be pitched and rotated, and the design of swing arm and sliding type boom is suitable. Deep-hole blasting various rock drilling operations with hole-laying methods.

Comprehensive configuration:

1. Adaptation: 3.8・5.3m deep hole operation in tunnel (with 1220 poles) (1525/1830mm poles can be selected according to the height of the tunnel).

2. It can meet the requirements of 41m, Φ 76-89mm deep hole operation, and the optional rod bank can automatically connect and unload rods (capacity 21+1 rods).

7. Equipped with 25KW/18KW rock drill, the comprehensive rock drilling speed is 0.6-0.8m/min°.

8. The propelling beam is equipped with upper and lower tops to fix the angle of the propelling beam, and the parallel sliding table and rocker arm can meet the parallel operation of 3m. A cleaning system is provided to clean up the propelling beam to drill the magma upward.

Rod bank, drilling system:

♦ Aluminum alloy propelling feed can be turned over 360°, and the rock drill is steadily drilled through multi-stage oil cylinders.

♦ With rod bank: automatic rod extension and unloading.

♦ Pole bank capacity: 21+1, realize automatic rod connection and unloading, easy drilling operation.

♦ Drill rod can be 1.5m (33m), 1.8m (41m).

♦ With upper and lower center: fixed propelling beam.

♦ Upper center: 1150mm, lower center: 2000mm.

♦ With diversion groove: reduce the wear of magma to the propelling beam.
