The mucking loader is mainly used in coal mines, metal mines, hydropower tunnels and other underground projects. 1. Will necessary spare parts be offered in time?
Normally we suggest customers to buy spare parts for at least 2 years of operation once they buy a new equipment. We will also deliver enough spare parts to our distributor in some countries.
2. How to solve the unusual faults during operation?
SITON will give prompt reply on how to repair the equipments within 24 hours once we receive the fault report. We can also send engineers to the site if necessary.
3. Does SITON offer training for operating and maintenance?
Customers can send their engineers to SITON for one week training and necessary accommodation will be offered free of charge. We will send engineers to the site for technical support if customers requires.
